My dear farther passed away far to soon at the young age of 49,just a week before christmas 1973,he his still sorely missed by all the family,even after all this time,I my self was only 19 at the time and took it very hard,you just expect dad to be around for ever when your young,but again at 49 surely that,s to young to go,miss you very much dad.....till we meet again, and we will dad, all my love from your loving son Philip. xxxxx
Never got to say hello
Granddad. I never got to meet you or say hello, but from the stories I have heard and the pictures i have seen I know I would have loved you to the ends of the earth.
Mum talks about you all the time and from the many pictures I have seen of you I can picture you clear as day every time I think of you.
Well Granddad, I love you loads. You would have been very proud of all your children. My mum has been the best and would have made you a very proud grandfather.
